Dance With Todd Inc (DWT) intends to apply for funding at The Cottages at Lindale for a 60 unit senior community located near Lindale, Texas under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s competitive FY2023/2024PRICE Main grant funding notice.
The Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) will provide $235 million in funding for communities across the country to preserve and revitalize manufactured housing units and eligible manufactured housing communities (MHCs). This grant competition is first-of-its-kind, and builds on HUD’s recent actions to support residents of manufactured housing.
